Completed layout of the first fuselage side. details show some of the more complex cluster joints pre-tacking. I've elected to use the 5/8" square * 0.035" tubing for the front and rear door posts rather than the option of 3/4" round by 0.035" basically because this is what ACS supply in their tubing kit. Interestingly, if you do the maths there is very slightly more metal in the square tubing than the larger size round and it should make it easier to get a good fit of the doors. Of course, the notcher does not create square holes so I used a 5/8" round holesaw in the notcher and then filed the opening square.
